ParentsThe Gutsy Challenge is helping stop arguments around dinner tables, as children tell their parents they need to eat more fruit and vegetables. Taking the challengeThe Gutsy Challenge offers kids great prizes and fun online games to reward them for eating healthy food. The purpose of the Gusty Challenge is to help kids take responsibility for themselves and their future through healthy eating. It is not about preaching to kids to make healthy food choices but rather encouraging them to put what they´re learning into action. The challenge is to eat 2 fruit and 4 vegetables each day for any week and to raise money for GI CANCER Institute´s digestive cancer research. Please join us on facebook
